COVID-19 prevention at Reyousable

In accordance with Government Guidelines for the latest national lockdown, Reyousable has closed its Reyousable@ concessions in mixed retail and hospitality environments. We are still committed to serving you safely through our online channel.  

To ensure Reyousable's online business is COVID secure, we have

- limit the number of people preparing orders for despatch.

- ensure only one member of team is in the stock room at a time.

- ensure the stock room is well ventilated during order preparation.

- require a face covering to be worn at all times when working in the stock room. 

- increase the frequency of sanitising all touchpoints within our stock room e.g. handles, stationery items, storage boxes.

- make 70% alcohol hand santiser available in our stock room and in our dispatch vehicles

- ship all orders using the contactless "drop and go" delivery facility from Royal Mail.
