Q: What is the cost of delivery?

A: Delivery costs are:

  • Standard Delivery is £3.99 (UK and Northern Ireland only)
  • Standard Delivery only is FREE for all orders over £30  (UK and Northern Ireland only)

We strive to dispatch all Standard Delivery orders within 2 working days of receiving payment, and First Class Delivery orders next working day. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order in full within this timeframe, we will notify you by email. 

Q. What are your last ordering dates for Christmas 2024? 🎄🎁

A: We use various couriers for all our deliveries, the last order dates for pre Christmas delivery are:

  • Standard (second class) delivery - TBC
  • First class delivery - TBC

We will post your order on or before the last posting dates, however we cannot be held responsible if the couriers fail to deliver pre Christmas. Please do order in plenty of time if you can to prevent any Christmas day disappointments!

Q: Which carrier do you use for your deliveries?

A: We use various couriers for all our deliveries. Standard Delivery will usually arrive within 2-3 working days of being posted. we are not responsible for delays that are due to the couriers

Q: I have not received my order and it is outside the timeframe specified above, what now?

If you have not received your order and have tried to track it using the relevant couriers tracking facility, please get in touch with us either by using the contact us form on this website or by emailing us at hello@reyousable.eco quoting your order number to help us investigate it for you.

Q: I have received a discount code, how do I use it?

A: Once you have completed your shopping and added your reyousables to your basket, proceed to check out where a discount box will be displayed on the right hand side of the screen. Type in the discount code you have received, click on apply, and your basket will automatically update and show your discount. If for any reason the discount is not automatically deducted, and the code you have is within the expiration date, please get in touch with us using the contact us form on this website or by emailing us at hello@reyousable.eco with the discount code and we will investigate for you.
