Q: What are the last posting dates for Christmas?
For standard delivery and free delivery over £20 orders must be placed before midday on Thursday 17th December 2020
- For first class delivery orders must be placed before midday on Sunday 20th December 2020

Q: What is the cost of delivery?
A: Delivery costs are:
- Standard Delivery is £2.95 (UK and Northern Ireland only)
- First Class Delivery is £3.95 (UK and Northern Ireland only)
- Standard Delivery only is FREE for all orders over £20*
We strive to dispatch all Standard Delivery orders within 2 working days of receiving payment, and First Class Delivery orders next working day. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order in full within this timeframe, we will notify you by email.
CLICK+COLLECT - if you live in the Leamington Spa and Warwick area, you can choose to Click+Collect free of charge at one of our Reyousable@ locations.
Q: Which carrier do you use for your deliveries?
A: We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries. If you choose our Standard Delivery option your order should arrive within 2-3 working days from posting* If you choose our First Class Delivery option you should receive your order the next working day from posting* We will send you an email once your order is on its way confirming postage and including the unique reference number provided by Royal Mail for your parcel. You can track your item by entering your number at the link below:

Every single parcel, letter and card is important to us. Despite our best efforts and significant investment in extra resource, some customers may experience slightly longer delivery timescales than our usual service standards. This is due to the exceptionally high volumes we are seeing, exacerbated by the coronavirus-related measures we have put in place in local mail centres and delivery offices. Q: I have not received my order and it is outside the timeframe specified above, what now?
If you have not received your order and have tried to track it using Royal Mail's track and trace facility, please get in touch with us either by using the contact us form on this website or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number to help us investigate it for you.
Q: I have received a discount code, how do I use it?
A: Once you have completed your shopping and added your reyousables to your basket, proceed to check out where a discount box will be displayed on the right hand side of the screen. Type in the discount code you have received, click on apply, and your basket will automatically update and show your discount. If for any reason the discount is not automatically deducted, and the code you have is within the expiration date, please get in touch with us using the contact us form on this website or by emailing us at email@example.com with the discount code and we will investigate for you.
